Resin Resupply

Here we have listed the resin filler for auto glass you commonly use in your windshield repair business. The 15cc auto glass resin filler is the most economical size for the average windshield repair shop. All bottles are UV resistant and have a 2 year shelf life. On 15cc/1/2 oz bottle will do around 300 repairs with our chip repair single injectors.

20 CHIP REPAIR RESIN

Our 20 windshield chip repair resin is used for all chip repair it flows easily into tight damages such as star breaks and cures pretty fast to speed up repair time. This is our most sold chip repair auto resin and is a great all around chip repair resin.

45 CHIP REPAIR RESIN

The 45 chip repair resin is a little thicker than our 20 and is really good for open breaks and performing repairs on warmer or even hot days. It still flows easily and will work in all chip repairs. It will take longer to fill very tight stars and therefore we propose 20 chip resin for tight stars, however you may always substitute 45 auto resin filler for 20 auto resin filler and some of our customers in warmer climate actually prefer 45 and use it exclusively.

PIT FILLER RESIN

Crack Eraser.com Pit filler resin is very thick and is only used for pit filling a chip after repair. It can be buffed to a high shine just like the windshield glass. We have specially designed tip to dispense the thick Pit auto resin filler.

C LONG CRACK RESIN

C long crack resin is designed for our Dual Injector technology and is a higher viscosity auto resin filler that is too thick to go into the tip of a crack. Staging auto resins or even better yet using a Dual Injector to repair very long cracks is the best way to repair cracks up to 24″.

CUS SHORT TO MEDIUM CRACK RESIN

CUS crack resin is great for single injector repair methods where a medium viscosity auto resin filler is needed. It is still a good idea to use a thin auto resin crack filler such as 45 in the first part of the crack where it is tight, usually the first 2 to 4 inches. It flows easily and if viscous enough to bridge the gap of the crack where it is open up. CUS resin is a good choice for shop that does not have Dual Injector technology.CUS Short to Medium Crack Resin
